In these Terms of Service, "Data Conscious Labs", "we", "us", and "our" refer to DataConscious L.P and the Data Conscious Labs learning products and services, including the Senior Data Analyst Accelerator.
By enrolling in, paying for, accessing, or using a Data Conscious Labs course, cohort, lab, learning platform, technical environment, or related service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enroll in or use the service.
Data Conscious Labs provides online education, cohort-based training, learning materials, live sessions, technical labs, practical exercises, templates, and related resources for data professionals.
The Senior Data Analyst Accelerator is a cohort-based learning program designed to help analysts understand modern data workflows, analytics engineering, BI, metadata, governance, AI-assisted analytics, and senior-level communication.
The course may include access to Moodle, live sessions, recordings where applicable, GitHub or learner repository materials, browser-based lab environments, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Airflow, Metabase, OpenMetadata, Wren AI, dbt, dlt, and related educational tools.
The exact features, tools, cohort format, price, schedule, and access details may vary by cohort or product and will be described on the relevant landing page, checkout page, email, or course communication.
You may use the service only if you can enter into a legally binding contract and use the service lawfully.
The service is intended for adults and working professionals. It is not designed for children.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful in your location and does not violate any obligations you have to an employer, client, school, or other organization.
You are responsible for the accounts, credentials, private links, and learner materials provided to you.
You agree to:
- provide accurate registration, payment, and contact information
- use the same email address for checkout, onboarding, and course access unless we agree otherwise
- keep your login credentials, one-time claim links, learner kits, and private files confidential
- not share your account access with anyone else
- use Moodle, GitHub, Codespaces, lab systems, databases, BI tools, and other learning tools responsibly
- follow any reasonable course, security, or onboarding instructions
- avoid uploading secrets, credentials, or private access files into public repositories or public channels
- tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. The payment provider may have its own terms, privacy notice, authentication checks, and payment rules.
Prices, taxes, VAT, currency, payment deadlines, seat availability, and included features are displayed on the relevant checkout page, landing page, invoice, or written course communication. The first Senior Data Analyst Accelerator cohort has been described in Data Conscious Labs materials as a limited 10-seat cohort with a first-cohort price of €322.58 (excl.VAT), €400 (inc.VAT 24%)
Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is completed, approved, or otherwise accepted by us. Course access, Moodle access, lab access, and learner account provisioning may begin after payment confirmation and any required manual review or access approval.
Because cohort-based programs may have limited seats, we may close enrollment when the cohort is full.

Refund and cancellation terms may depend on the specific cohort, product, checkout flow, timing of the request, access already provided, and applicable consumer protection law.
Unless a specific refund policy is stated on the relevant landing page, checkout page, invoice, or written course communication, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances, the status of course access already provided, the cohort format, and any mandatory rights that apply by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the course, Moodle materials, live sessions, learner resources, and technical labs as described for the relevant cohort.
The service may depend on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, email providers, GitHub, Moodle, Cloudflare-protected routes, and other tools. These systems may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, changed, or interrupted.
We may update, replace, remove, or reconfigure specific tools, datasets, exercises, or lab environments where needed for security, reliability, teaching quality, provider changes, or operational reasons.
The Senior Data Analyst Accelerator is described in current product materials as including 8 live sessions of approximately 1 hour each, plus course materials and guided lab access. The exact schedule will be communicated for each cohort.
We may adjust live-session dates, times, format, or instructors where reasonably necessary. If a session must be moved, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners.
Recordings, replays, or make-up materials may be provided where applicable, but availability depends on the final recording policy for the relevant cohort and any privacy, consent, technical, or operational limits.
Current Data Conscious Labs product materials describe lifetime access to the fully updated Moodle LMS material connected to the program. For these Terms, lifetime access means ongoing access to the available Moodle course materials for as long as Data Conscious Labs continues to maintain the program or a successor learning portal, subject to these Terms, account security, reasonable operational limits, and any access rules stated for the relevant product.
Technical lab access, third-party accounts, protected routes, live cohort support, office-hour style support, and individual infrastructure may be available for a shorter period than Moodle material access unless the relevant product communication states otherwise.
Course materials, videos, slides, templates, exercises, examples, documents, Moodle content, lab instructions, and other Data Conscious Labs resources belong to Data Conscious Labs or its licensors.
You may use the materials for your own personal learning and professional development.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, upload to public repositories, share with non-enrolled users, or commercially exploit course materials without written permission from Data Conscious Labs.
You may not remove copyright notices, ownership notices, or access controls from course materials.
You retain ownership of work you create as part of the course, such as notes, exercises, queries, models, submissions, and portfolio-style drafts, unless otherwise stated.
By submitting work or sharing it with us as part of the course, you grant Data Conscious Labs a limited permission to review it, provide feedback, operate the course, troubleshoot technical issues, assess participation where applicable, and communicate with you about the work.
You are responsible for ensuring that learner submissions do not include confidential employer data, client data, personal data you are not authorized to share, trade secrets, or unlawful content.
You agree not to:
- use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading activity;
- share credentials, private links, claim URLs, learner kits, private repository access, or paid materials with others;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, infrastructure, or data;
- bypass access controls, security measures, rate limits, or cohort restrictions;
- attack, scan, overload, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the service or related infrastructure;
- copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly share private course content or learner-only materials;
- upload malware, secrets, stolen data, or content that violates another person's rights;
- use the lab environment for production workloads, commercial hosting, cryptocurrency mining, spam, or unrelated activities;
- misrepresent your identity, enrollment status, or authorization.
The course may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, MailerLite, MailerSend, Moodle, GitHub, GitHub Codespaces, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure or learning tools.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, acceptable-use rules, availability limits, account requirements, and billing rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules when you use those services.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to support learners when third-party service issues affect course delivery.

The service is provided for educational and professional-development purposes.
Data Conscious Labs does not guarantee:
- employment, promotion, interviews, salary increases, client work, or career outcomes
- that every learner will achieve the same results;
- uninterrupted access to every third-party tool or technical system
- that all course tools, providers, workflows, or platform features will remain unchanged
- that educational examples are suitable for production use without independent review.
Course content may include career guidance, technical guidance, business examples, and practical exercises, but it is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, security, or employment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Data Conscious Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims relating to a paid course or service will not exceed the amount you paid to Data Conscious Labs for that specific course or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, course materials, accounts, or lab infrastructure if:
- payment is not completed, reversed, disputed, or cannot be verified
- you breach these Terms
- you share access or paid materials without permission
- you misuse technical infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access
- continued access creates a security, legal, operational, or platform-risk issue
- we are required to do so by law or by a third-party platform provider.
Where reasonable, we will try to notify you and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. In urgent security, abuse, or legal situations, access may be suspended immediately.
We may update the service, course content, tools, schedule, platform setup, or these Terms from time to time.
When we update these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, or learning platform where appropriate.
Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the country where you reside, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
